Beautiful Mid-century Wall hanging by Niki de Saint Phalle, a prolific self taught French-American artist. Made of very soft wool, with signature and edition # on bottom. Hangs from a sturdy wooden dowel, reverse side is identical but has a cloth strip across the top and lacks the signature/numbering.
