Articulating Mid-century Floor Lamp by Jac Jacobsen of Norway, circa 1960's. Head swivels and neck raises and lowers. 2 brightness settings, rewired for the US with 2 prong plug and standard bulb size. We've added a gold capped bulb to it in the photos, but will be even brighter with a standard one.

*There is a pin missing in the center to change heights to all middle levels, so it can sit at either 58" or 65" Tall but not at heights between, unless you could track down the proper part. We could not :(
