Ugly Rugly's handmade rope items are flexible and soft, but hold their shape well. Slight variations should be expected and embraced, pieces will be similar in color, shape, and size to the photo. If your rug arrives rolled up for shipping, you can set some heavy objects (like books!) on the edges overnight and the rug will flatten right out.
