Return Policy

We accept 7-day returns or exchanges on most unused items in original condition, including packaging and tags.

Final Sale: Furniture; bath, beauty, and personal care items.

Store Credit Only: Rugs, art, mirrors, and lighting. This applies immediately upon sale, even before pick-up or delivery.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, exchanged for other products, or loaded onto a gift card for store credit, which never expires.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping or delivery fees. International duties and customs charges are also non-refundable.

Storage

All purchased items must be picked up within 7 days. After that, a $20/day storage fee applies.

Items not picked up within 30 days may be considered forfeited unless we’ve given prior written permission.

Shipping & Handling

We are a tiny team of two, so online orders may take up to 3 days to process. Thank you for your patience.

Shipping costs are non-refundable on returns or exchanges.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by USPS or UPS. If this happens, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

Packaging

We reuse all incoming vendor and dealer packaging to reduce waste, so your order may arrive in mismatched boxes — this is intentional.

If you’d like gift wrapping, just add a note at checkout and we’ll make it pretty.

Studio Rentals

We offer up to 7-day rentals of vintage furniture and home accessories for local Los Angeles production studios.

Rental fee: 30% of the retail price. Rental costs may be applied toward purchases made at the end of the 7 days.

Overnight Memos

Items may be borrowed overnight to try at home.

A form with credit card and contact information must be completed before removing items.

Items must be returned within 24 hours in perfect condition, or a fee will be charged.

Designer Discounts & Resale

Designers receive 10% off all furniture and home goods (excluding candles, books, paper goods, bags, smoking accessories, and personal care items).

To remove tax, submit a valid resale certificate to info@candidhome.co.
